Jeremy Lutes was born and raised in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

Previous to becoming a partner at Equilibrium, Jeremy was involved in business analytics as well as retail (Future Shop) and artist management. Jeremy has also undertaken several entrepreneurial ventures.  

In 2012 Jeremy returned to the Annapolis Valley to become a managing partner at Equilibrium and is currently responsible for the financial aspects of the company, as well as Business Development and Human Resources. 

As a community builder, Jeremy is past President of the Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce. During his term as President he founded the Young Business Leaders (YBL), a group committed to growing opportunities for “under 40’s” in the region.  

Long passionate about the arts, Jeremy volunteered 12 years on the Halifax Pop Explosion’s board of directors, and the Music Nova Scotia board of directors for three years. Jeremy is also an artist himself. Since 2008 he’s been writing poetry as J.G. Lutes, with four self-published collections.

When he’s not at the office you can find Jeremy at the golf course, travelling, or spending time with friends and family.
