Shelley Kerr is a registered Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) with a broad background in energy management, manufacturing and new construction.
Shelley has extensive process and project management experience in both the tire and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Primarily, Shelley works in the realms of project management, and energy conservation. Previous to joining Equilibrium, Shelley was a lead faculty member of the Nova Scotia Community College’s Energy Sustainability Engineering Technology Program (ESET).
Shelley is a formally trained Mechanical Engineer (UNB) who has worked with such large firms as Sepracor Canada Ltd., BioVectra, and Michelin North America (Canada). During her time in industry, Shelley was trained as a LEAN® Green Belt, and worked on the improvement of quality and maintenance management systems.
Shelley was born and raised in New Brunswick, and has been living in the Annapolis Valley for the past 20 years.
